The Gyrfalcon is the largest breed of falcon and is native to the Arctic. The Prairie Falcon is as fast as the Peregrine, but hunts primarily in flight. Native to Western North America, the Prairie Falcon is also a smaller bird. Again, our mating of these two species produces a larger, faster hunter with excellent coloring.
